Each Snowflake Extra Large Mould has a mould to make Snowflake shaped chocolates. The Large Snowflake is approximately 7.5cm x 7.5cm x 1.2cm and the Small Snowflake is approximately 3.5cm x 3.5cm x 0.5cm.
There are 6 cavities in each mould.
This mould makes approximately 50 Small Snowflakes or 6 Large Snowflake chocolates per 500g of chocolate.
This mould can not be used for candy centres.
